At BossenStore.com, we strive to ensure your bubble tea supplies arrive in perfect condition; however, due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Inspect Your Order

    Upon delivery, please immediately check all syrups, powders, and toppings for any signs of leakage or shipping damage.

  • 2.
    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photos of the damaged items to initiate a claim.

  • 3.
    Receive Authorization

    Once your claim is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for the next steps.

  • 4.
    Refund or Replacement

    After approval, we will either ship a replacement product at no additional cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
